Reflection
Protocols, such as those designed by the National School Reform Faculty, aid in developing a positive, trusting, and meaningful climate in which to give and receive feedback and suggestions for learning and growth.
Critical Friends GroupsThis design of this protocol is meant to encourage a presenter of an idea to listen to suggestions by others. Feedback is harnessed by three categories: "I like..."; "I wonder..."; and "Next steps...". The groups meet regularly.
|
CharretteThe purpose of this protocol is to get feedback while mid-way through a design or production of a product.
ConsultancyA dilemma needs outside eyes and ears. An outside group asks questions and gives uninterrupted suggestions.
Zones of ComfortAn interesting way of determining your own as well as others' comfort levels.
